A bouquet bar adds a playful, hands-on touch to your gathering, whether guests are designing their own take-home blooms or enjoying the experience as a guided activity. Every bar begins with a seasonal abundance of blooms from our fields, ensuring plenty of colors, textures, and stems for guests to choose from.

DIY Bloom Bar
Drop-off + Setup

We bring in buckets brimming with flowers, each stem cleaned and prepared for arranging. Vases and containers arrive in an abundant display that looks like a garden brought indoors. Guests are free to explore, mix, and match as they design their own bouquets. Once the party winds down, we return to collect supplies so you’re left only with the beauty your guests take home.

Guided Bloom Bar
On-site Setup and Floral Guidance

​For a more interactive option, we stay to guide your guests as they arrange. We share simple tips, offer encouragement, and make sure every guest leaves with something they feel proud of. It’s equal parts activity and keepsake, a chance to play with flowers and then take home a piece of the celebration. Once the last stem is placed, we handle the cleanup.

Overview

  • Minimum: 10 guests

  • Prepared bloom bar: Fresh flowers in elegant display containers

  • What’s included: Each attendee receives a vessel for arranging and taking home their arrangement

  • Customization: Consultation included to discuss color scheme and flower requests

 

Booking: Must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance

Additional Details

  • Seasonality: Bouquet bars are available June through October with field-grown flowers. Please inquire about off-season availability, which may include coordination with other American farms.

  • Setup fee: $50 flat per event 

  • Guided bloom bar experience: $50/hour onsite (Most bouquet bars typically run 1–2 hours depending on guest count)

  • Delivery: Free within 10 miles of the farm (additional mileage fee applies).

  • Deposit: $100 due upon scheduling; remaining balance due 2 days before the event. We will email you an invoice upon confirmation of availability.
